Finishing quests and getting all the rewards will only help make my cat grow stronger. With so many items and gear, hunting can be very fun. However, exploring makes for a really fun time, and I can uncover loots and treasures that I can use to survive in the game. I find myself having to discover different areas at first before finishing the quests. However, what I do like in this game is the ability to explore uncharted areas. I can roam around and explore the large map, and the game does have its moments of difficulty, especially when it comes to accomplishing different quests and side quests. That brings us to two spells that you can let the AI use - Purrserk and Forcewoofer.
The AI will probably not know when to effectively use it.
It’s as simple as firing off a few shots until one of your orbs hits an enemy that you want to lure towards you. This is only possible if you’re using a ranged weapon. As such, you’ll need to learn the fine art of luring. It will, more often than not, just roll forward and end up getting sandwiched by multiple enemies. Whether the AI character in Cat Quest 2 is using melee or ranged weapons doesn’t matter. Also, if your AI teammate is the one who’s wearing the experience-boosting gear, then the bonuses won’t apply to your character at all once you pick up the tokens. The important thing to note is that your AI-controlled companion never picks up the gold and experience tokens that enemies drop. These include weapons, armors, and helmets that have either the “Cat Soldier” or “Dog Soldier” appellation.
